In this role, you will support the day-to-day Accounts Payable operation, including invoice processing, expense reports, payment follow-up, account reconciliations, and communication with internal teams and suppliers.This is a great opportunity for someone who is starting their career in Finance or Accounting and wants to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
### Key Responsibilities* Process and review supplier invoices, ensuring accurate and timely registration.
* Support the processing and follow-up of employee expense reports.
* Monitor payments and help ensure obligations are completed within established payment terms.
* Perform account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding or pending items.
* Review invoices and purchase orders, identifying and resolving discrepancies when necessary.
* Support the reconciliation and recording of corporate credit card transactions.
* Maintain communication with suppliers regarding payment inquiries, invoice status, and account reconciliations.
* Partner with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, People, Logistics, and other business areas to resolve Accounts Payable-related requests.




* Prepare reports related to invoices, payments, approvals, purchase orders, and account status.
* Support intercompany invoice processes and other accounting activities when required.
* Contribute to month-end activities by maintaining accurate and timely financial records.
* Identify issues related to invoices or payments and proactively follow up with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve them.
### What We're Looking For* Technical degree, ongoing university studies, or Bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field**.
* **0–1 year of experience** in Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a related area.
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of **Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools**.
* Experience with **SAP is a plus, but not required**.
* **Basic to intermediate English**.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-service mindset and ability to work with different stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on pending items.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Important: **This is a temporary position for a period of 6 months.
