Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned

- Support the execution of innovation initiatives, including innovation challenges, workshops, discovery sessions, bootcamps, intrapreneurship programs, and project follow-up activities
- Provide methodological support to project teams in the use of innovation tools, frameworks, and templates
- Track initiatives, milestones, owners, risks, progress, and expected outcomes
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and executive materials
- Assist in the initial structuring of opportunities through problem statements, hypotheses, experimentation plans, project briefs, and initial inputs for business cases




- Support the execution and monitoring of innovation POCs, MVPs, and pilot projects
- Support ecosystem scouting and mapping activities, including startups, universities, innovation hubs, technology partners, and healthtech solutions
- Contribute to the development of an innovation culture through support in communications, storytelling, knowledge management, and engagement activities

Required Knowledge and Experience

- Two years of experience in project management, business analysis, innovation, digital transformation, consulting, startups, product development
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and documentation skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders in a dynamic regional environment
- Basic knowledge of innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, Discovery, MVPs, or project management
- Analytical thinking and the ability to structure information clearly
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent Spanish. Intermediate to advanced English
- Experience building business cases, ROI analysis or feasibility frameworks; Measurable ROI or cost impact from supported initiatives; Familiarity with innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup) and Proficiency with analytical and dashboarding tools (Excel, BI platforms) is advantageous
