## Accounts Payable Assistant - TemporalSantiago, Chile, Region Metropolitana de Santiago, ChileApply NowJob ID: R- Date posted: 10/30/2026Team: FinanceLocation: Santiago, Santiago Metropolitan Region, CL## Job Description## Accounts Payable Analyst | **Temporary Position | 6-Month Contract**### About the RoleWe are looking for an **Accounts Payable Analyst** to join our Finance team on a **temporary 6-month assignment**.In this role, you will support the day-to-day Accounts Payable operation, including invoice processing, expense reports, payment follow-up, account reconciliations, and communication with internal teams and suppliers.This is a great opportunity for someone who is starting their career in Finance or Accounting and wants to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment.### Key Responsibilities* Process and review supplier invoices, ensuring accurate and timely registration.* Support the processing and follow-up of employee expense reports.* Monitor payments and help ensure obligations are completed within established payment terms.* Perform account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding or pending items.* Review invoices and purchase orders, identifying and resolving discrepancies when necessary.* Support the reconciliation and recording of corporate credit card transactions.* Maintain communication with suppliers regarding payment inquiries, invoice status, and account reconciliations.* Partner with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, People, Logistics,



and other business areas to resolve Accounts Payable-related requests.* Prepare reports related to invoices, payments, approvals, purchase orders, and account status.* Support intercompany invoice processes and other accounting activities when required.* Contribute to month-end activities by maintaining accurate and timely financial records.* Identify issues related to invoices or payments and proactively follow up with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve them.### What We’re Looking For* Technical degree, ongoing university studies, or Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field**.* **0–1 year of experience** in Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a related area.* Basic to intermediate knowledge of **Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools**.* Experience with **SAP is a plus, but not required**.* **Basic to intermediate English**.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Customer-service mindset and ability to work with different stakeholders.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on pending items.* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
