At Wyser, we are supporting a leading multinational company in the search for its next Purchasing Coordinator.

Role Objective: Lead and coordinate procurement activities across LATAM, with a strong focus on international sourcing, imports and foreign trade. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will work directly with the company's integral procurement process, consolidating demand across LATAM, negotiating regional supplier agreements and ensuring cost control, budget compliance and full traceability of purchases.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field. Proven experience in imports and foreign trade (Incoterms, customs, freight, landed cost). Hands-on procurement experience in LATAM. Solid financial knowledge applied to procurement (budgets, payment terms, working capital). Experience with ERP purchasing workflows. Fluent English, written and spoken (mandatory).

your mission will be to develop and implement regional procurement strategies across LATAM, consolidating demand, standardizing purchasing practices and reducing fragmented purchases. You will negotiate multi-country supplier agreements, manage international purchasing and import operations (Incoterms, freight, customs clearance and total landed cost analysis), and partner closely with Finance to ensure budget alignment, purchase order compliance and timely invoice validation. You will also monitor spend, supplier performance and savings, reporting regularly to management and identifying opportunities to reduce supplier concentration risk and improve working capital.

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field, proven experience in imports and foreign trade, hands-on procurement experience in LATAM, solid financial acumen applied to purchasing, experience with ERP purchasing workflows and approval controls, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and fluent English, written and spoken. Spanish and/or Portuguese are a plus
