Blacksmith Agency seeks a senior Design Systems Engineer to own how client design systems are built. You’ll extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components for a scalable build pipeline.
You’ll work across multiple client brands simultaneously, shipping robust component libraries while maintaining rigorous architecture and documentation. Remote from Latin America, aligned with US business hours.
