We are seeking an AI Engineering Lead to direct parallel agentic development workstreams and ensure AI-assisted software delivery is secure, testable, and recoverable.

You will build and operate MCP servers and tools, configure AI coding workflows on macOS, troubleshoot concurrent development processes, and verify releases in real-world conditions.

This role requires strong judgment, technical depth, and a disciplined approach to permissions, evidence, quality, capacity, and root-cause resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate business priorities into measurable outcomes, precise task briefs, scope boundaries, and success criteria.
- Coordinate parallel AI engineering workstreams, shared code, technical decisions, dependencies, and ownership.
- Design, build, secure, and troubleshoot MCP servers and tools, including authentication, permissions, and access boundaries.
- Configure AI coding tools, terminal sessions, and desktop automation on macOS while maintaining visible progress and recoverable handoffs.
- Monitor concurrent AI development processes, recover interruptions, and prevent duplicate ownership or lost evidence.
- Review source changes and tests directly, evaluate AI-generated output, require appropriate review, and oversee safe integration and release verification.
- Assess capacity across machines, review paths, and model accounts.



Scale activity based on measured demand, established limits, and operational cost.
- Investigate recurring failures and remove root causes so workflows remain reliable, simple, and maintainable.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years leading concurrent development workstreams or teams
- C1 English level or higher
- Expertise with AI Coding Assistants, AI Agent Frameworks, and Software Engineering
- Strong Git, Shell Scripting, and Command Line skills
- Professional experience with macOS and Desktop Automation
- Experience with Test Automation, AI Output Evaluation, Incident Diagnosis, Workflow Automation, Release Verification, and automation
- Demonstrated Technical Leadership, including the ability to organize parallel workstreams and maintain clear ownership
- Ability to demonstrate relevant work through repositories, projects, or a live walkthrough
- Hands-on experience with C++, MCP, MCP Servers, Authentication, Authorization, GCC, Clang, Build Systems, Debugging Tools, Concurrent Processes, Source Code Review, Technical Documentation, Claude.
