We design and deliver custom surveys for consulting and life sciences clients to provide valuable data. Our insights support clients in validating ideas, evaluating markets, and making informed decisions efficiently. As a Project Manager, Surveys, you will lead survey research projects from initiation to completion-overseeing timelines, communications, data quality, and revenue reporting-while serving as the primary liaison between clients and the programming team. You will also develop research and recruitment strategies, ensure compliance, manage project profitability, and recommend ways to optimize resource allocation and improve conversion.

Job Description:

- Review programmed surveys as a second layer of quality control
- Research and recruit survey respondents, including expert panelists, and manage ongoing expert engagement
- Create outreach templates and run persistent lead conversion
- Run phone screening and qualification, and track respondents through the platform
- Chase and connect with respondents for referrals
- Monitor completion rates, handle screen-outs, and keep the project sheet current
- Multitask across projects while meeting timelines
- Support the PM with project organization, contribute to daily progress meetings, and join monthly debriefs to improve fielding practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing
- Goal-oriented and driven, with a strong motivation to take on challenges and succeed
- Quick learner and critical thinker, focused on adding value for clients
- Skilled in research and data analysis
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
