Descripción de puesto: Role Summary The Sr. Counsel leads complex legal advice, contracts, and regulatory risk management workstreams, providing recommendations, stakeholder guidance, and end-to-end execution within assigned scope. Works independently, solves complex problems, and serves as a resource to less experienced colleagues. Typical work includes contract drafts, redlines, legal research, and advice memoranda, legal risk assessments, issue escalation, and remediation recommendations, and responses to business questions, negotiations, and cross-functional legal support.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute complex work tied to contract drafts, redlines, legal research, and advice memoranda, applying functional knowledge, analysis, and sound judgment.
• Develop and maintain matter intake, litigation or claims support, and outside-counsel coordination to support reliable execution, reporting, and decision making.
• Lead cross-functional coordination for legal risk assessments, issue escalation, and remediation recommendations,



resolving issues and aligning stakeholders.
• Prepare insights, recommendations, or action plans based on board, policy, or governance materials and legal documentation retention.
• Improve performance and reduce risk by strengthening responses to business questions, negotiations, and cross-functional legal support and related processes. Required Experience
• 5+ years of experience in legal advice, contracts, and regulatory risk management or a closely related field.
• Experience managing deliverables, priorities, and stakeholder needs within a structured business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and guide others on effective execution. Education Juris Doctor or equivalent legal qualification required; admission to practice in at least one relevant jurisdiction required.
