On behalf of a world-leading ICT Solutions Provider, we are looking for a motivated and analytical Fresh Graduate – Mobile Network Optimization Engineer (SmartCare) to join our Service & Software Group in Chile. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate interested in developing a career in telecommunications, mobile network optimization, and data analytics. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with advanced SmartCare analytics platforms, supporting the monitoring, analysis, and optimization of mobile network performance for major telecommunications operators. Responsibilities Mobile Network Performance Monitoring:
• Support the monitoring and analysis of mobile network performance, including 4G and 5G technologies.
• Assist in identifying network performance issues and potential optimization opportunities through SmartCare analytics platforms.
• Support the analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Quality Indicators (KQIs) related to network performance and customer experience.
• Participate in the preparation of technical reports and performance analysis. Data Analysis & Technical Support:
• Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets related to mobile network performance.
• Use SQL and data visualization tools to support network performance analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with technical teams in identifying network trends, performance issues, and possible solutions.
• Support the development of data-driven recommendations for improving network quality and customer experience. Network Optimization & Learning:
• Participate in mobile network optimization activities involving LTE/4G and 5G technologies.




• Develop knowledge of network architecture, signaling procedures, and radio network performance.
• Support technical troubleshooting activities related to network capacity, coverage, interference, and handover performance.
• Collaborate with local and international technical teams, gaining exposure to telecommunications projects and industry best practices. Desired Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Graduated between 2025 and 2026, or expected to graduate soon.
• Entry-level candidates or professionals with limited work experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of mobile telecommunications technologies, particularly LTE/4G and 5G networks.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Python is considered an advantage.
• Academic knowledge or practical exposure to wireless communications, mobile network architecture, or radio frequency technologies is desirable.
• Interest in developing technical skills in mobile network optimization, network performance monitoring, and customer experience analytics.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) is required to communicate with international technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a multicultural environment. No extensive professional experience is required.
