The Travel Advisor will work directly with the founders to shape how real users experience Dunia.The RoleThe Travel Advisor is responsible for client onboarding, live concierge execution, and membership conversion following onboarding.This role operates at the bottom of the funnel once a user is qualified and invited.
The focus is execution and consistency across the client experience.ResponsibilitiesClient OnboardingLead human-led onboarding calls for invited usersCapture client preferences, patterns, and expectationsGuide users through app setup and first useEnsure clarity, confidence, and readiness to engageMembership ConversionOwn conversion from onboarded users to paid membersFrame membership as natural continuation of onboardingManage follow-ups, decision timing, and payment linksTrack conversion outcomes and reasons for non-conversionManage active client requests across travel, experiences, and lifestylePrepare proposals, itineraries,



and recommendationsCoordinate with partners and vendors to fulfill requestsMaintain high standards of communication and discretionProduct FeedbackIdentify friction points and recurring patternsTranslate client experience into structured feedbackShare regular insights to inform product iterationSupport development of repeatable standardsSchedule & AvailabilityThe role includes weekend duties.Now and then we may need some flexibility from you.
