Tenure-Track Position in Public Administration

The School of Government invites applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty position in Public Administration.We seek outstanding scholars with a Ph.D. (completed or nearing completion) in Public Administration, Public Policy, Political Science, Sociology, Law, or related disciplines. We welcome candidates whose research focuses on the functioning of the State, public management, bureaucracies and public employment, policy implementation, or related areas.

This position is adecuado for early-career researchers interested in building a long-term academic career that combines high-quality research, teaching, and engagement with public policy challenges. Successful candidates will join a vibrant interdisciplinary environment and are expected to develop an active research agenda, contribute to undergraduate and graduate teaching, and collaborate across disciplines.

Particular value will be given to applicants with strong empirical research skills, an interest in evidence-based policymaking, and experience or potential in teaching Public Administration.
