Eco Alliance SpA is a Chilean company that provides sustainable engineering solutions for businesses and public bodies. Its work spans urban maintenance, waste management and valorisation, public space care, and the integration, manufacture, sale, and maintenance of specialised machinery. The company aims to reduce ecological footprint and contribute to community wellbeing through the transformation of the built environment.

The role

This is a 12-week professional internship (práctica cualificado) focused on digital design and visual communication. The intern supports the development of visual assets, digital content, and design improvements for web channels and social media. The role is fully on-site at Parq Tec V21, Ladera 2 building, El Salto, Viña del Mar. Advanced programming skills are not required.

What you would do

- Create, update, and adapt graphic assets for social media, banners, carousels, thumbnails, informational graphics, presentations, and commercial digital materials.
- Prepare versions and formats for different platforms, optimising size, readability, information hierarchy, and visual consistency.
- Translate technical product and service information into clear visual messages consistent with Eco Alliance's brand identity.
- Review websites, screens, and digital assets to identify straightforward improvements in legibility, hierarchy, consistency, and usability.
- Design wireframes, visual proposals, landing pages, and graphic resources for websites, considering basic user experience, responsive design, and brand coherence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on the iteration of interfaces, mockups, prototypes, and visual variants.
- Support content editing and uploading in Word Press or other web platforms when required by the project.
- Organise design templates, visual resources, references, and brand criteria to support continuity and reuse of assets.
- Use AI tools to assist with visual research, ideation, variant generation, content drafting, prototyping,



and graphic production, maintaining professional judgement and human review.

What they are looking for

- Current student in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Web Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Advertising (digital focus), Web Development and Design, or a related field, with a visual or digital portfolio.
- Samples of academic or personal work relevant to the role.
- Proficiency in at least one digital design tool such as Figma, Adobe, Affinity, or Canva.
- Demonstrated visual judgement, composition skills, information hierarchy, and ability to produce clear, well-organised digital assets.
- Full availability to complete the internship on-site in Viña del Mar.
- Desirable: experience designing for social media, commercial digital assets, presentations, or banners; knowledge of UI/UX, responsive design, wireframing, or prototyping; familiarity with Word Press or another CMS, basic HTML/CSS, or digital publishing platforms; basic understanding of digital accessibility, contrast, and content organisation; basic image or video editing skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to integrate AI tools responsibly into the design workflow.

Working arrangements

The internship is fully on-site (100% presencial) at Calle Limache 3232, Parq Tec V21, Edificio Ladera 2, Piso 1, El Salto, Viña del Mar. Hours are Monday to Thursday 09:00-13:30 and 14:30-18:30, and Friday 09:00-13:30 and 14:30-18:00. Full availability during these hours is preferred; justified exceptions may be considered during the selection process provided the internship plan and required duration are met. The internship lasts 12 weeks.

Pay and benefits

Monthly compensation of CLP 200,000 net, paid via boleta de honorarios, for each complete month of the internship (equivalent to approximately CLP 2,400,000 annualised). The intern also gains access to a multidisciplinary team environment, periodic progress reviews and feedback, and the opportunity to build concrete portfolio deliverables (subject to confidentiality and company authorisation).
