Responsibilities:
Massage Therapy:
• Perform various massage techniques to meet the specific needs and preferences of clients.
• Tailor massage sessions based on individual client conditions, injuries, or requests.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional service. Client Consultation:
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their health history, preferences, and any specific concerns.
• Provide guidance and recommendations for post-massage self-care routines or additional treatments. Bilingual Communication:
• Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English to cater to the diverse clientele.
• Assist non-Spanish speaking clients in understanding and selecting appropriate massage treatments. Maintain Cleanliness and Ambiance:
• Keep the massage therapy rooms and common areas clean, organized, and inviting.
• Ensure the overall ambiance of the spa meets the high standards of ACUATROMANOS. Continued

Education:
• Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques, industry trends, and wellness practices.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge. Compliance and Safety:
• Adhere to all local regulations and guidelines related to massage therapy.




• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment, following hygiene protocols and spa standards.

Requirements:
Certification:
• Must hold a valid and recognized certification in massage therapy.
• Previous experience in a reputable spa or wellness center is preferred. Bilingual

Skills:
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages. Professionalism:
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and respect privacy. Interpersonal

Skills:
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and create a positive spa experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues. Flexibility:
• Willingness to work adaptable hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules. Physical Fitness:
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform massage therapy techniques with proper body mechanics. Passion for Wellness:
