LPI Home Buyers is a U.S.-based real estate investment company that buys and sells residential properties nationwide. We're looking for a results-driven sales professional who can build trust with homeowners, understand their selling motivations, and turn qualified opportunities into signed contracts.

This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience and proven closing skills.

About the Role

As our Real Estate Acquisition Specialist, you'll work with qualified inbound leads from homeowners interested in selling their properties. You'll manage conversations, assess potential deals, present offers, negotiate terms, and guide sellers toward an agreement.

What You'll Be Doing

- Contact and manage qualified inbound seller leads throughout the acquisition process.
- Build rapport and understand homeowners' reasons for selling.
- Gather property details and assess potential acquisition opportunities.
- Present offers and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
- Handle objections and address seller concerns professionally.
- Follow up consistently to move interested sellers toward a decision.
- Maintain accurate lead records and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal team members to support transactions through closing.
- Monitor individual performance and work toward acquisition targets.

What We're Looking For

- At least 1 year of experience in sales, real estate, acquisitions, or a related field.
- Proven closing experience with the ability to convert leads into signed agreements.
- Strong communication, negotiation,



and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential sellers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Strong follow-through, organization, and time management.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working remotely during EST business hours.

Compensation & Benefits

- $1,250 USD monthly base salary, paid biweekly.
- 50% of the base salary during the training period.
- 1%–5% commission based on monthly closed contracts.
- $50,000+ annual earning potential, depending on performance.
