Are you passionate about business development, international growth and client advisory? Do you have experience leading consulting projects and driving commercial success in Chile? We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Santiago, Chile.

The role includes both strategic, tactic and operational responsibilities such as:

- Leading and delivering strategic projects focused on international growth, market expansion, market entry, and business transformation across international markets.
- Leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from strategic analysis and problem-solving through to recommendations and implementation.
- Driving business development activities, including senior client dialogue, opportunity identification, proposal development, and sales conversion.
- Advising clients on strategic growth opportunities by analysing markets, competitive dynamics, industry trends, and commercial opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior decision-makers across the private and public sectors.
- Collaborating with Swedish public agencies, embassies, development finance institutions, and multilateral organisations to advance strategic initiatives and international business opportunities.
- Leading and coaching project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective collaboration.




- Driving cross-market initiatives and identifying strategic opportunities for collaboration and business development across markets and regions.

The role is based in Santiago but you will be expected to work with our teams and clients around the world, as required.

Formal requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience from a consultancy firm or equivalent.
- You have experience from multi-stakeholder projects.
- You have a high level of proficiency in English and Spanish.
