Role Description The Chilean Spanish Recording role is a full-time remote position focused on producing high-quality audio recordings in Chilean Spanish for a variety of projects, including AI training data, localization, and multimedia content. Day-to-day responsibilities include reading and recording scripted material clearly and naturally, following detailed recording guidelines, and ensuring consistent pronunciation, tone, and pacing. The role involves reviewing and re-recording audio as needed, labeling and organizing files according to project specifications,



and collaborating with project coordinators to meet quality and delivery standards.

The individual in this role will work independently, manage deadlines, and use provided tools or platforms to upload and track recordings.

Qualifications

- Native or near-native proficiency in Chilean Spanish, with clear and natural pronunciation, plus strong listening and speaking skills.
- Experience with audio recording, voice-over, or voice acting, including basic mic technique and consistent vocal delivery.
- Ability to follow scripts and linguistic guidelines accurately, with attention to detail in tone, pacing, and pronunciation.
- Comfort using recording software, file management tools, and online platforms for uploading and tracking audio files.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet recording environment; quality microphone or audio setup preferred.
- Strong time management skills, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and meet project deadlines consistently.
- Prior experience in transcription, localization, or AI data projects is a plus but not required.
- Commitment to ethical, professional conduct and openness to feedback to improve recording quality.
