Jane (janebuilder.com) is a construction technology company transforming how contractors run their projects, from design and estimating through to procurement of materials, connected directly to Chile’s major retail marketplaces. Construction is one of the largest and least digitised industries anywhere, and we are building the platform to change that, starting in our home market. We are an early-stage, founder-led business growing quickly, and you would be one of the people who builds our commercial function.
The role
We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented sales professional to develop Jane’s business across Chile. This is a new-business role for someone with strong knowledge of the local market and an established network, focused on winning and onboarding construction firms and contractors. You will sell alongside the founders initially and help shape the team that scales behind you.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, product demonstrations, closing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain your own qualified pipeline of construction firms and contractors
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for new clients acquired
- Share market insight with the founders on what customers want and what drives their decisions
- Help establish the sales process and early playbook for the representatives who follow
About you
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within construction, building materials, trades, or SaaS
- A self-starter, comfortable operating with autonomy in an early-stage environment
- Motivated by building new business and growing with an early-stage company
- Based in Chile, fluent in Spanish, with an established local network
