Community Sports Partners is seeking a customer-focused specialist to help customers enjoy our sports programs, resolve problems and keep coming back. You will own service inquiries through resolution and support renewal conversations.
This role is remote within Latin America and is a full-time position with Toronto/Eastern evening and weekend coverage. Base pay is US$1,000 per month, plus performance-based retention bonuses, with bonus arrangements discussed before hiring.
