Jane (janebuilder.com) is a construction technology company transforming how contractors run their projects, from design and estimating through to procurement of materials, connected directly to major retail marketplaces. Construction is one of the largest and least digitised industries in the world, and we are building the platform to change that. We are an early-stage, founder-led business now expanding into the United States, and this role leads that effort.

The role

We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented sales professional, based in Santiago, to develop Jane’s business across the US market. Chile’s timezone aligns closely with the US East Coast, and the role is conducted in English with US-based customers. This is a new-business role focused on identifying, winning, and onboarding construction firms and contractors in the United States, working directly with the founders to establish our presence from the ground up.

Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, product demonstrations, closing, and onboarding




- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of US construction firms and contractors
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for new clients acquired
- Develop a clear understanding of the US construction buyer and share insights with the founders
- Help define the sales process and playbook that future US hires will follow

About you

- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within construction, building materials, field services, or SaaS
- Full professional fluency in English, and confident selling to US customers
- A self-starter, comfortable operating with autonomy in an early-stage environment
- Motivated by building new business and growing with an early-stage company
- Based in, or able to work from, Santiago on US business hours
