Blacksmith Agency, a fully remote US digital agency with 30–40 people, seeks a Director of Finance to own finance end-to-end and the people operations that accompany it. You will report directly to ownership and lead the finance function autonomously.
You will manage the monthly close, cash flow, FP&A;, and remote onboarding across several countries, with heavy overlap with US business hours. A hands-on, self-driven leader is essential.
