We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help shape and deliver a web and mobile field inspection and reporting platform by defining clear requirements and enabling effective solutions. You will partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure roadmap goals are met.ResponsibilitiesLead discovery with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and prioritize business needsDocument business requirements and process workflows with high accuracy and traceabilityFacilitate requirements workshops and align outcomes with product objectivesCreate and refine user stories, functional specifications, and supporting artifactsTranslate requirements into actionable deliverables for development and support teamsAnalyze business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvementsSupport roadmap and backlog creation and ensure milestones are feasible and measurableCoordinate with product and technical roles to validate scope, assumptions, and dependenciesContribute to project planning, risk management, and change management activitiesMonitor product performance and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to leadershipStay current on industry practices and recommend tools and methods to improve analysisRequirements3+ years of business analysis experience on complex, enterprise software productsStrong project planning skills,
