Blacksmith Agency LLC, a fully remote US digital agency with 30-40 people, is seeking a Head of Finance to own finance end-to-end and lead people operations for a distributed team. You report to ownership as the senior finance leader and run the function autonomously.
You will manage monthly closes, FP&A;, cash, payables, receivables, and internal controls while shaping forecasts and unit economics. Strong English and experience with remote teams are essential.
