South is partnering with a U.S. box truck brokerage to fill a hybrid Freight Operations & Sales Specialist role. You will lead proactive outbound sales, develop new freight lanes, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery while maintaining carrier relationships and accurate documentation.
Idóneo candidates have at least 2 years in U.S. freight brokerage or 3PL, are fluent in English, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid remote setup with EST overlap is offered.
