BasedinChileandreportingdirectlytotheRegionalDirector,thispositionwillactasastrategicbusinesspartnertoregionalmanagementandlocalcountryorganizations,ensuringfinancialtransparency,profitability,operationalexcellenceandcompliancewithBoschstandardsandprocesses.

Thisisanindividualcontributorpositionwithnodirectpeoplemanagementresponsibility,butwithsignificantregionalexposureandinfluenceacrossFinance,Sales,Service,ProjectManagement,OperationsandSupplyChain.

Job Description

Responsibilities

- LeadandcoordinatetheannualBusinessPlan,Budget,Forecastandmonthlyperformancereviewprocessesacrosstheregion.
- Monitorandanalyzesales,grossmargin,EBIT,cashflow,workingcapitalandoverallbusinessperformance.
- Prepareexecutivemanagementreportsandbusinessperformancepresentations.
- Prepareandpresentfinancialandbusinessresultstoregionalandglobalstakeholders,includingpresentationstoteamsandseniorstakeholdersinGermany.

ProjectControlling

- Monitortheprofitabilityandfinancialperformanceofequipmentsupply,modernization,retrofitandturnkeyprojects.
- Reviewprojectcalculations,commercialassumptionsandmargintargets.
- Monitorcostdeviations,contingencies,accrualsandfinancialrisksthroughoutprojectexecution.
- EnsurecompliancewithBoschprojectmanagementandgovernancestandards.
- Identifyopportunitiestoimproveprofitabilityandservicemarketpenetration.

SupplyChain&CostControlling;





- Monitorandanalyzeregionalsupplychaincosts,includingprocurement,internationalfreight,customsduties,warehousingandlocaldistribution.
- Ensuretransparencyoftotallandedcostsforequipment,sparepartsandproject-relatedmaterials.
- Identifycost-reductionandsupplychainoptimizationopportunitiesacrosstheregion.

Governance,Compliance&BusinessPartnering;

- EnsurecompliancewithBoschpolicies,internalcontrols,governancestandardsandapprovalprocesses.
- Identifyprocessdeviations,controlweaknessesandoperationalrisks,definingandfollowinguponcorrectiveactions.
- CollaboratecloselywithSales,Service,ProjectManagement,Operations,SupplyChainandFinance.
- Supportstrategicinitiativesandinvestmentdecisions.

Qualifications

WhatWeAreLookingFor

- Bachelor'sdegreeinFinance,BusinessAdministration,IndustrialEngineering,Economics,Accounting,orarelatedfield.
- Experienceinindustrial,manufacturing,engineering,capitalequipmentorproject-drivenbusinesses.
- Previousexperienceinmultinationalorregionalenvironments,interactingwithstakeholdersfromdifferentcountries.
- Experiencewithcorporateprocesses,guidelines,internalcontrols,complianceorgovernance.
- ExperiencewithSupplyChaincostanalysis,Logistics,InventoryControllingand/orOperationalFinanceishighlyvalued.




- Strongfinancialandanalyticalcapabilitieswithabusiness-partneringmindset.
- Abilitytoinfluencecross-functionalandseniorstakeholderswithoutdirectauthority.
- ExperiencewithSAPFI/COandadvancedExcel.
- AvailabilitytotravelinternationallyacrossLatinAmerica.

- FluentSpanish–Mandatory.

Englishwillbeusedregularlytocommunicatefinancialandbusinessresultsandtoprepareanddeliverpresentationstointernationalstakeholders,includingteamsinGermany.
