Proposal Manager, Presales at BairesDev

In this role, you'll own the creation of client-facing proposals, bringing input from Sales, Delivery, and Security into clear, polished documents. You'll coordinate contributors and keep each response on track from intake to submission.

What You'll Do:

- - Lead proposals from intake through submission and follow-up.
- - Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- - Coordinate contributors, deadlines, and reviews.
- - Write and assemble proposal content with a consistent voice.
- - Complete security questionnaires and vendor registrations.
- - Maintain the proposal content library and templates.

What we are looking for:





- - 3+ years of experience owning client-facing proposals for software or IT services.
- - Track record managing the response process end to end.
- - Familiarity with RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses.
- - Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery.
- - Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responses at once.
- - Studies in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- - Upper-intermediate written English or above.
