Mercor is seeking a Customer Success Engineer (LatAm) for a remote contract role. You will debug, triage, and resolve issues in our AI+SaaS stack, working closely with product and engineering teams to improve resilience and user satisfaction.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience with modern web applications, familiarity with AI tools, and strong communication skills in a customer-facing capacity. Remote with substantial overlap with PT/Pacific Time is expected.
