Drive incident and outage resolution with clear and timely communication. Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently. Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard operations. Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational standards.

- Advanced proficiency in SRE Observability.
- Intermediate proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations.
- A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

- Advanced proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools.
- Intermediate proficiency in Infrastructure Design.
- Intermediate proficiency in System Performance Analysis.
- Beginner proficiency in Cloud Service Management.

Responsabilidades Principales:

- Garantizar la disponibilidad y correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas productivos de acuerdo con los Service Level Agreements (SLA) definidos.
- Gestionar y acompañar la resolución de incidentes y caídas de servicio, asegurando una comunicación clara y oportuna.
- Facilitar la restauración eficiente de los servicios en ambientes productivos.
- Establecer y mantener procedimientos de Disaster Recovery para garantizar la continuidad de las operaciones.
- Mantener prácticas de retención de datos alineadas con los estándares de la organización.
- Participar activamente en el análisis y resolución de desafíos relacionados con observabilidad, infraestructura y confiabilidad de los sistemas.





¿Qué necesitas para este role?:

- Experiencia y conocimientos avanzados en SRE Observability.
- Conocimientos intermedios en IT Infrastructure Operations.
- Al menos 1 año de experiencia en tecnologías o funciones relacionadas.
- Formación universitaria en carreras o áreas relacionadas.
- Experiencia trabajando con disponibilidad, monitoreo y estabilidad de ambientes productivos.
- Conocimientos en gestión y resolución de incidentes.
