We’re remote-first, and we work with independent contractors in over 55 countries, so you’d be collaborating in a multicultural environment on some really interesting projects.

Key responsibilities:

- Hands-On Execution: Build, update, and maintain customer-facing App/Web content in Contentful (or similar enterprise CMS) using approved Figma designs, assets, copy, and requirements.
- Campaign Delivery: Execute scheduled Experience Launches, daily content updates, planned marketing campaigns, and other assigned content requests accurately and on time.
- Validation & Troubleshooting: Validate authoring inputs, identify missing or inconsistent requirements, and flag blockers before execution. Troubleshoot routine authoring issues and flag blockers before execution.
- Quality Assurance: Perform thorough content QA and peer reviews to ensure absolute accuracy, functionality, and consistency across all digital experiences.
- Release Management: Prepare content for release and support the publishing process, production validation, and live issue resolution.




- Governance & Documentation: Follow established content governance, source-of-truth guidelines, QA, and publishing standards. Maintain highly accurate Jira ticket updates, authoring status, and execution documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate daily with the nearshore Content Lead, offshore teams, and the US-based Content Operations team to meet strict deadlines and quality expectations.

Idóneo Experience & Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience authoring in Contentful or a comparable enterprise headless CMS.
- Strong working knowledge of digital content QA processes and peer review standards.
- Proficiency using design extraction tools (Figma) and project management/ticketing systems (Jira).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and execute effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly flag issues and flag blockers.
- Must be able to work on-site in Santiago City in Chile
