Description:

- Develop and maintain clients from insurance companies and related bancassurance channels, and promote the in-depth cooperation and implementation of the company’s AI healthcare management products in insurance business scenarios.
- Utilize existing insurance industry resources to establish and maintain stable relationships with key decision-makers and business departments of insurance institutions, so as to advance business cooperation and project signing.
- Gain in-depth insight into insurance business processes and client demands, accurately grasp key project closing points, and independently complete business negotiation, solution communication and project landing.
- Continuously follow up the progress of cooperative projects,



coordinate internal company resources to meet client needs, and sustain long-term cooperative relationships.
- Collect insurance market information, client demands and competitor dynamics to support the company’s product localization iteration and market expansion.

Profile:

- Diploma or above; majors in Insurance, Finance, Marketing and Business Management are preferred.
- At least 2 years of working experience in insurance industry business development, channel sales or strategic cooperation.
- Possess authentic insurance industry client resources and interpersonal connections, with the ability to directly reach potential cooperative clients.
- Familiar with insurance business cooperation and sales procedures, and clear about key links and decision-makers for project closure.
- Own verifiable and mature project signing cases in the insurance industry, with the capability of independent client development and project implementation.
- Excellent in communication, business negotiation and customer relationship management, able to independently complete the whole process from client development to project closing.
- Good English or Mandarin proficiency for daily work and business communication.
- Adaptable to off-site client visits and field work.
