Job Summary / Purpose:

Administers various training and development programs to improve employee work skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

- Migration of new processes, process changes, new steps to Data Operations Santiago.

- Facilitate and manage training and development activities. Update Documentation content when needed.

- Participates in developing and implementing pre-during-post training activities and process to ensure learner impact is attained.

- Accountable for working collaboratively with colleagues, Team Leads, and Management to ensure a coherent, blended and global approach to learning and development programs.

- Performs other duties and special projects as required.

- Ensure that training objectives are achieved within the timeline provided.

- Work with subject matter experts to obtain any additional information needed.

- Attend technical training with subject matter experts when necessary.

- Coordinate feedback to supervisory staff on the performance of individuals' progress.

- Assist in the creation and updating of approved training materials and training aids.


- Good organizational and project management skills.

- Good instructional presentation skills.

- The ability to learn new technical and business concepts quickly.

- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.

- Strong Analytical and Quantitative skills.

- Keen attention to detail.

- Must follow all Experian policies and respect protocols.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills English/Spanish.

- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.

- The ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

- Training certifications and sample training manuals/work product a plus.

- Experience leading others a plus.

- SME experience a plus.


- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience a plus.

- 2 years or more related experience a plus.
