On this role YOU will be responsible for all marketing and sales activities to achieve the business objectives within business policies and guidelines as well as departmental budget owning an outstanding team of sales professionals.
What will be your main responsibilities?
Plan and follow up on sales activities for your team of Sales Representatives.
Responsible for People Management processes and results within the reporting working team (participate in selection processes, provide Orientation to new hires, define responsibilities and objectives to your team, participate in the Performance Management Process, provide opportunities for development and training, provide effective recognition and monitor compensation levels. Cultivate teambuilding and communication across your team).
Revise and adjust Rolling Forecast with Logistics to resolve imports (purchases of product) needs.
Build selling strategies and action plans; follow up on their implementation.
Assure collections accomplishment in the assigned territory, provide support and follow up on collections for each Sales Representative.
Interact continuously with clients to identify their needs and ensure their happiness.
Define with Executive sales manager promotional strategies and its implementation within the Sales Force.
Provide support on the coordination of Professional Educational activities.
Monitor changes and trends of healthcare industry (competitors and government) and identify possible business opportunities and threats.
What are we looking for?
Education level required: Bachelor?s Degree in business administration, Marketing or similar. MBA desirable
Years of Experience: Minimum experience of 3 years in Sales or Sales & Marketing experience on management roles leading teams.
Required experience: experience in multinational companies. Medical Devices experience is desirable.
