We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition & Business Development Manager who will support our recruitment process to always ensure the best candidate experience. This opportunity is a unique chance to demonstrate your creativity, initiative spirit, and “can-do” attitude.


- Actively contribute to outbound & inbound recruitment strategy: direct sourcing, pre-screening candidates, managing logistics, preparing CVs and materials for our clients

- Publish our job descriptions on different job-boards

- Support the execution of projects that'll aim to improve our candidate experience, and the quality of our processes

- Create strong internal relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, advising on process and talent pipeline

- Strengthen our brand and ensuring we provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience at all points of the recruitment life cycle


- 3-4 + years of full-cycle recruiting/talent acquisition experience is a must.

- LinkedIn Recruiter seat experience strongly preferred.

- Good communication skills and an open-minded personality.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

- You are committed, team-oriented, and passionate about achieving your goal.

- You have high organizational and coordination skills.

- Work effectively in a team and independently.

- Experience working as a freelancer is an asset

- You are fluent in English, additional languages are considered a plus.
