Job Title Manager, Product Management, Commercial & B2B Role: Support the development and execution of the Commercial and B2B strategy starting by: • Understanding market, cluster, and regional solution priorities and strategy • Engaging different business units across the organization, as Sales and Market Development, to prioritize solutions opportunities and identify gaps in the technology and business model areas with a focus in B2B payments • Helping identifying opportunities in B2B in different agents as issuers, acquirers, fintech and payments agents • Ideating, designing, deploying, and monitoring the prioritized solutions in issuers, acquirers, and payments agents, helping to drive commercial wins in B2B such as T&E; • Documenting entire solutions for both internal and external audiences, across multi-stage sales cycle • Looking, development and formalizing relationships with capability partners such as ERPs and fintech that helps to develop and implement solution s • Generating benchmark and information tools to support the Commercial and B2B strategy, such as sizing, market needs, KPIs, planning and delivering initiatives that will contribute to achieve the expected results. This position is for Chile and Paraguay market support. Due to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
