**Our Search**:

We are looking for a talented change management practitioner to join our ES Next change team. The role will reside within the Employee Success Digital Program Management & Change Office and will help us bring to life our change strategy that will enable the multi faceted projects within the broader transformation program.

This position reports to the PMO/Change Lead for ES Transformation and will actively work with the ES Transformation project team and key stakeholders across Salesforce.

**Key responsibilities**:

Lead the change enablement for programs and projects that are connected to our broader transformation program or those priority initiatives identified through our recently created HR change practice.

Create and refine existing change enablement model that will help support transformation projects of various size, resources and complexity.

Partner with Strategic Program Manager team on change management strategy and implementation needs for key strategic initiatives. Support the assessment, planning and execution phases of the change program.

Act as both project and change lead as needed based on program scope and scale.

Collaborate with the transformation and practice change team on their strategies and roadmaps.

Contribute to the change community of practice in ES and across the company

Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications

Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders

Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of enablement programs

Evaluate the risk of change and providing actionable guidelines on reducing the impact

Identify and manage anticipated resistance and prepare risk mitigation tactics

Integrate change management activities into project plan. Manage project plan deliverables and escalate risk as needed

Proactively assess the effectiveness of change management initiatives against the change scorecard and success measures, recommending adjustments as needed

Complete and facilitate weekly change status updates as needed

Partner with project leads to consult, coach, identify and support change deliverables

Partner with key cross functional teams (i.e. IT, Finance, etc.) as a part of the overall change effort

Engage with project sponsors and senior leaders to support project deliverables

Prepare and present materials for variety of audiences - executive presentations, communications to broad audiences, ES Transformation program updates etc

**Required Key Skills**:

Experience with large organizational change efforts and a track record of working in a complex, global, matrixed organization.

Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools and a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process

Experience leading change initiatives across various international countries preferred

Demonstrated track record of quickly establishing and maintaining effective relationships across all levels of an organization and with diverse internal customer groups

Possesses skills across multiple aspects of change; org design, enablement, training and development, communication.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

Ability to influence a diverse set of stakeholders through change management efforts rather than direct control

Flexible and adaptable; highly curious and able to work in ambiguous situations

Results-driven, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere

Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others

Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

Demonstrated experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

**Required Education & Experience**:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or related fields

5+ years of experience in Change Management Roles

Experience working in large, global multi-brand companies with over 40,000 employees

Experience managing/leading change management projects/programs for the HR function

Experience supporting multiple international countries preferred

Experience project managing HR related programs

Experience playing hybrid roles where project and change management are required

Prosci Change Management or equivalent preferred
