The opportunity
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you´ll responsible for supervise all operations carried out in the warehouse, making sure that all of them are carried out safely and in accordance with internal procedures and regulations of local law. Efficiently and safely manage the company's resources and its assets and be responsible for the level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

- Verify safe operating conditions and approve safe operating procedures for own operations and those of third parties that are carried out within the facilities.
- Supervise all operations carried out in the warehouse, loading and unloading of trucks, deconsolidation and consolidation of Import and Export containers, reception, storage, customization and cargo dispatch, among others.
- Prepare together with the HSSE team the risk matrix of the operation and comply with the actions determined therein.
- Control costs, manage all resources efficiently in order to reduce operating costs in order to maximize the results of your operation.
- Prepare monthly productivity and management reports, in addition to recording and verifying all the information from the company's systems for the respective documentation.
- Supervise the activities of reception, cargo dispatch,
and inspections of the same based on internal procedures and agreed with our clients.
- Coordinate with the Distribution Coordinator the necessary logistics for the reception and distribution of cargo within the warehouse
- Supervise the effective use of the storage capacity of the warehouse.
