As a SalesDevelopment Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team ofSales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate new businessopportunities and drive revenue growth for the company.
You willwork closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop andexecute strategies that will help the SDRs achieve theirgoals.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Hire, train, and manage a team of SalesDevelopment Representatives (SDRs)
- Develop and execute strategiesto generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Set and track team goals and metrics to measure success
- Workclosely with the sales and marketing teams to develop messaging andcampaigns that resonate with target audiences
- Provide coachingand feedback to team members to help them improve their performance
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities forimprovement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure aseamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trendsand bestpractices
- Bachelor's degree in business,marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in salesdevelopment, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track recordof meeting or exceeding team goals and metrics
- Strongcommunication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data andmake data-driven decisions
- Experience with sales and marketingtechnologies such as CRM, marketing automation, and salesenablement tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment
- Experience in the technology industry is aplus
