About Human Resources
As a member of the Human Resources team, the selected candidate must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and commitment to ethical standards, as well as strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve:
- Being proactive with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving capacity
- Maintain an unwavering commitment to safeguarding confidential information and ensuring strict adherence to privacy protocols
- Being people-oriented and conducting lifecycle employee processes
- Managing technological skills as the role requires coordination, attention to detail, and automation
- Being flexible to work on multiple projects and HR management tools at the same time
- Managing internal logistics related to employee onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Providing support to other corporate functions
- Validation of work contracts and compliance documentation, providing introductory information
- Working with internal programs to ensure all necessary processes are followed
- Vendor management
- Assisting with internal and external audits throughout the year, ensuring quality and adherence to processes
- Maintaining and improving daily internal compliance database trackers
- Proposing and designing automation solutions
- Supporting and maintaining HR systems, data management,
and other general domain tasks
- Creating reports using Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other tools as required Scanning/filing of internal compliance documents
What we’re looking for:
- Undergraduate degree: Human Resources, Business Administration or related area
- 1-4 years of experience in Human Resources
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong coordination and reporting skills, teamwork, sharp problem-solving skills, and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive, flexible, and a can-do attitude
- Customer service skills
