Responsibilities
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a deep passion for building strategic client relationships and a proven track record in consultative selling within the enterprise technology sector? Then we are looking for you!
As a Senior Account Manager at Hexagon ALI, you will be a fundamental pillar for growing our software license revenue in the assigned territory of Chile, especially in the industrial, mining, and power sectors. Your main challenge will be to proactively manage and nurture your key accounts,
acting as a trusted advisor who identifies our clients' business challenges and proposes strategic value solutions with a clear Return on Investment (ROI).
Your Key Challenges And Responsibilities
- Account Strategy & Development: Design and implement comprehensive account strategies and tactical go-to-market plans for the assigned territory, ensuring fluid communication and rigorous follow-up with sales management, industry consultants, and pre-sales teams.
- Opportunity Generation (Prospecting): Actively identify and prospect for new business opportunities in the assigned territory, thoroughly understanding client challenges to position our value solutions.
- Sales Cycle Management: Lead the complete consultative sales process, from opportunity qualification to closing deals, consistently achieving and/or exceeding assigned software license revenue quotas.
- Value & ROI Selling: Convincingly articulate the unique value proposition of Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence solutions, developing ROI-based cost/benefit analyses that justify the investment for the client.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal consulting, inside sales,
pre-sales, and support teams to maximize revenue capture from customers and prospects in your portfolio.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust 4x pipeline (four times the quota), ensuring consistency in quarterly quota achievements.
- Market Intelligence: Stay highly informed about industry trends, market demands, operational challenges, and regulations impacting our clients.
Education / Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Solid track record of 7+ years in enterprise software sales, with a demonstrated history of business development, account management, and success in achieving quotas in consultative selling.
- Language Proficiency: Full fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is essential for our global operations.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion,
and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all client organizational levels.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Owner-Operator industry (Mining, Power, Pulp&Paper;, Oil & Gas, etc.), including project execution (EPCs), operational, and maintenance perspectives, and a strong foundation in related product knowledge.
- Preference: Sales experience in the Mining, Pulp & Paper and/or Power industries will be highly valued.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into comprehensive solutions that generate real value.
- Attitude: Client-oriented, proactive, dynamic, and a growth mindset.
