**Marketing Communication Manager LATAM**
- Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:
The Senior marketing communication manager is responsible for driving the development for each LatAm countries - in alignment with Global guidelines - of communications objectives, plans & campaigns in line with Marketing strategy & plans. He/She leads the LatAm Marketing Communication community and the regional agency in charge of implementing tactics and actions and develop Marketing collaterals.
- Main Accountabilities:
- Lead the creation and implementation of communication strategy & plans to increase bioMérieux business in LatAm countries
- Lead the definition of Communication objectives & Communication actions (campaigns, events, digital approach ) and identify actions that can be managed at regional level vs. countries specific
- Lead and manage LatAm product launches from communication stand points:
- Business events (internal / external)
- International promotional campaigns
- Lead develop of Omni channels promotional campaigns to raise awareness and optimize leads generation
- Contribute to bioMérieux's brand strategy on the franchise and product side
- Develop schedules and maintain deadlines, Performance follow up (KPI & tracking)
- Manage internal LatAm Marketing Communication community and external consultant resources
- Manage and Coordinate partner agencies
- Lead effective campaigns, be able to analyze marketing trends, and to make cost-saving decisions for production
- Heavily involved with Digital Marketing Strategy projects relating to search engine optimization (SEO), omni channel strategy & governance, Social Media strategy and Marketing automation.
- Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Studies-Experience:
- 8-15 years of experience and expertise in Marketing Communication - including Digital Marketing experience
- A degree in higher education such as business school, marketing or communication. Master’s degree or MBA level
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Curious, empathetic profile, willing to share with others and make a team grow
- Customer oriented and willing to listen to needs
- Strong written and verbal Spanish and English skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Work in an international and multicultural environment

- Participating in LatAm Marketing leadership Team
- Latin America, covering Multi-franchises (Immuno, Molecular/BioFire, Microbiology)
- Revenue concerned: key resource and involved in all promotional campaign projects of all the franchises within the clinical unit at the Latin America level (85% of the company revenue)
- Responsible for planning & managing direct and indirect budget expense: Direct of about 100k euros
