**Descripción**:
The position is responsible for budgeting, financial forecasting, business analysis, risk evaluation, managing these risks, forecasting economic trends, enforcing policies and guidelines throughout the company, and managing any other related projects. To ensure success in the position, you should exhibit sound knowledge of best practices in accounting, reporting, data analytics and experience in a similar role.
The position reports to the Finance Manager of Chile.
**_Duties and Responsibilities_**
- Develop business planning process, prepare reports and analyze all financial plans.
- Collaborate with functional teams to achieve all business objectives and prepare appropriate business proposals and operating practices.
- Prepare yearly budgeting and monthly forecasts and coordinate with the local, cluster and global finance team.
- Provides support to the accounting/finance team during monthly close cycles and as needed.
- Review and update cost and expense trend reports, and analyze variations ensuring alignment with forecast.
- Design various drivers-based plans and provide analytical support to leaders.
- Evaluate all financial results and associated reporting, conduct financial and commercial studies to develop analyses.
- Provides support and documentation to the Board of Directors.
- Manages preparation and communication for all internal and external financial reporting.
- Provides financial analysis support in the areas of budgeting and planning on a variety of projects.
- Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives.
- Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions.
- Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets.
- Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts.
- In addition, this position may perform cost allocation operations to provide basic information required for budgeting, accounting, and collection of data for further cost analysis.
**Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)**:
**Ratings**- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA a plus)
- Professional with 3-5 years' experience in multinational companies in similar positions.
- Excellent level of Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Advanced computer software skills, including writing macros in Excel and other accounting packages. SAP experience is a plus.
- Deep knowledge in finance, accounting, and planning.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills_._
