- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Built and maintain a book of business through strong client relationships.
- Secure and grow strategic accounts via value-driven sales approaches.
- Provide consultative support on services, pricing, and market trends.
- Develop relationships with C-suite executives and act as a strategic advisor.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
- Meet or exceed revenue goals regularly.

Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in freight forwarding or 3PL sales.
- Strong knowledge of international logistics and multimodal transport (Air, Ocean, Land).
- Proven sales success and target achievement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
