Senior Program Manager (Contract Talent)

Robert Half is seeking an innovative and strategic HR Senior Program Manager who will research, develop, and manage programs that directly impact our employees’ workplace experience. As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll support our employee listening strategy including survey design, insight analysis and communication development. **Responsibilities**:
- Independently manage multiple and concurrent employee program related projects, as well as ad hoc projects, that range in size and complexity.
- Perform data analytics on multiple survey programs to uncover key themes/insights and make recommended actions based on the data.
- Create project plans and develop communications and change management strategies to support our global employee listening programs.
- Review employee insights to identify needs and collaborate with SMEs on ways to continuously evolve offerings.
- Lead project meetings and taskforces. Manage and execute project deliverables and deadlines independently and/or through others while ensuring delivery of high-quality services.
- Act as an SME providing consultation on enterprise survey platform and support for global HR business partners.
- Partner with HR or internal clients to roll projects out to appropriate audiences.
- Leverage a global perspective when developing new programs to allow for implementation to various RH audiences.
Expectations:
- BA/BS degree in business or HR related area required.
- 6+ years experience in a large public corporate environment with 3+ years independently managing medium size projects, preferably in HR.
- Proven experience leading completion of project deliverables across cross-functional teams, successfully meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Human Resources and/or project management training or certification preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot systematic problems, identify solutions to both business and systematic issues, and use sound judgement and logic to make decisions.
