We are seeking a seasoned client growth manager to spearhead the expansion of our advertising offerings. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving consistent campaign goals and acquiring new clients for Microsoft Advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain alignment with client objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Microsoft Advertising.
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales process: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, account setup, optimization, troubleshooting, analysis, and reporting results.
- Establish trust relationships and propose innovative solutions or improvements.
- Serve as a liaison between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues faced by clients.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in roles such as:
- Key account manager in a leading performance marketing agency.
- Account manager in major advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.).
- Performance specialist or similar in a marketing team.
- Customer success manager in marketing technology company.
- Digital marketing knowledge:
- Experience managing performance campaigns (ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc.).
- Attribution models and experimentation expertise.
- Tracking proficiency (pixels, MMPs, SDKs).
- Personal skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive commercial mindset.
- Problem-solving and learning orientation.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Languages:
- English (required).
- Tools:
- Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint.
- Desirable: Analytics, Tag Manager, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).
