Project Manager – Santiago Plant

Managerial full-time position

Start date: as soon as possible

Location: Region Metropolitana de Santiago, Chile

Profile: 3–5 years of experience in project and capital management.

Are you ready to take the lead on high-impact projects in one of the world’s top companies? At P&G; Santiago Plant, we’re looking for a Project Manager with experience in project and capital management who’s excited to drive real results, lead teams,



and grow in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead plant initiatives from planning through execution.
- Be the go-to person for Business Units to assess project feasibility, align priorities, and timelines.
- Manage project budgets (CPS), schedules, and key deliverables.
- Work with suppliers and internal partners, navigating common delays and limited vendor availability.
- Identify technical improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring strong execution and team development.

Job Qualifications

- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project and capital management.
- Experience in FMCG or industrial/manufacturing environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English.
- Ability to stay organized,



make decisions, and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
