**Job Title: Social Media Head - Short Form Video & Organic Content Specialist**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and execute a robust **social media content strategy focusing on short-form videos and organic content.**
- Create a content calendar that aligns with the brand's voice, values, and marketing objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates to ensure content relevance and freshness.

**2. Short-Form Video Creation**:

- Conceptualize, script, and produce engaging **short-form videos tailored for various social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat).**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams,



including designers and videographers, to bring creative concepts to life.
- Optimize video content for each platform, considering best practices and algorithmic preferences.

**3. Organic Content Development**:

- **Develop compelling organic content** that resonates with the target audience and encourages community engagement.
- Foster a genuine and authentic brand voice in all organic content, including captions, images, and stories.
- Monitor and respond to user-generated content, comments, and messages in a timely and positive manner.

**4. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize social media analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on the performance of content and campaigns.
- Adjust strategies based on data insights to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.

**5. Community Building and Engagement**:

- Cultivate and grow an active and engaged social media community.
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase follower loyalty, user-generated content, and brand advocacy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications,



or a related field.
- Proven experience as a **Social Media Manager or similar role, with a focus on short-form videos and organic content.**
- **Strong portfolio showcasing successful short-form video campaigns and organic content development.**
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.

**Salary**: $500,000 - $900,000 per month
