To deliver exceptional customer support in Sea Logistics by providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and managing customer concerns efficiently. As a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders,



the Seafreight Customer Care team is committed to upholding high service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction across all products, services, and features—both internally and externally.

How you create impact

- Provide proactive guidance and consultancy to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through responsive support and effective communication.
- Qualify and register customer orders for seamless integration into the operational execution process, following general work instructions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in alignment with Corelog procedures, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
- Qualify incoming customer inquiries, deliver KN quotations and updates, and define final selling prices with tailored adjustments within authorized price ranges, empowering front-line decision-making.
- Capture and transfer customer requirements into KN systems, providing guidance during initial order placement and setup.
- Maintain and update customer records within Corelog, supporting strong customer relationships and sales operations.

What we would like you to bring

- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics,



Business Administration, or a related field
- + 4 years of experience as customer service in sea logistics processes
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in import processes
