Regional Talent Development Specialist
This role focuses on enhancing employee capabilities through strategic initiatives and effective training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee regional talent development programs to drive business outcomes.
- Benchmark HR processes to analyze performance and optimize results.
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with site HR teams to promote best practices across the region.
- Develop competency-based approaches to support employee growth and succession planning.
- Evaluate and improve training programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial or Commercial Engineering.
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Organizational Development and/or Operational Excellence.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Intermediate English (written and spoken).
- Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
