About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Channel Sales Manager to lead regional growth across key LATAM markets. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with deep experience in smartphone and AIoT sales, who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building strong, sustainable partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute tailored sales strategies for each country in your region, aligned with broader business goals.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with distributors, retail partners,
and key accounts to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including emerging channels and strategic alliances.
- Champion brand visibility and in-store excellence to ensure a strong market presence and customer engagement.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing regional sales team, setting clear targets and fostering a culture of accountability and success.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of proven experience in regional sales management within the smartphone or AIoT industry in LATAM.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Deep understanding of the local market and its unique dynamics.
- Established network and trusted relationships across smartphone distribution channels.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
