In AXA Partners Chile we are looking for a Business Development Manager for CLP line who will be responsible of driving business development across a portfolio of partners, establishing successful partnerships, delivering profitable growth in line with strategy and business plan for the Country.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving and growing a portfolio of AXA Partners Credit & Lifestyle Protection partners relationships
- Driving and overseeing the commercial strategy and development in the country, developing and implementing growth initiatives to reach sales targets
- Identifying large potential regional corporate customers (key targets)
- Developing business with new clients - brokers, bancassurance partners as well as heads of insurance within retail banks and consumer credit organizations, car manufacturers and retailers- to develop an extensive deal pipeline from first contact with the prospect, negotiations, development and presentation (prospecting new clients)
- Leveraging on AXA entities and partners to maximize business opportunities (cross selling)
- Working closely with AXA Partners CLP business unit team, using AXA methodology, guidelines and standards
- Monitoring and reporting on portfolio
- Developing/managing entire selling process maintaining and expanding the relationship with existing clients in terms of revenue, profitability, franchise value, and new product introduction
- Analyzing and monitoring the client performance to identify growth needs and agree the annual business plan for the client monitoring performance of client schemes including sales and marketing methods, results penetration and claims trends analysis
- Keeping up to date with the company’s products and clients, and with market trends for creditor insurance including new product opportunities and developing products that have the potential to meet client opportunities
- Maintaining inputs and updates to Salesforce.com to ensure accurate reporting of all sales activities
- Participating to development meetings within the Business Unit
- Negotiating renewals at expiration of contract with key executives within the client organization
What You’ll Bring
- Education: Bachelors Degree / MBA in Business Management or other relevant area
- Strong background in large accounts development (new business) and large accounts management
- Proven experience in Financial Services Industry specifically within the Insurance market is an advantage.
- Languages:
English ( It will be validate on different interviews)
- Entrepreneurial spirit. Good analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to build and manage business relationships
- Leadership skills gained in a multi-cultural business environment
- Be available to travel in case of business need
