About This Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships across our portfolio of partners in Chile. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing successful relationships, delivering profitable growth, and implementing growth initiatives to reach sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive and grow a portfolio of partner relationships.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies and growth initiatives to reach sales targets.
- Identify large potential regional corporate customers and develop business with new clients.
- Leverage entities to maximize business opportunities.
- Work closely with the business unit team to monitor and report on portfolio performance.
- Analyze and monitor client performance to identify growth needs and agree annual business plans.
- Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities.
- Participate in development meetings within the Business Unit.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business Management or a relevant field.
- Strong background in large accounts development and management.
- Proven experience in Financial Services Industry, specifically within the Insurance market is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to build and manage business relationships.
- Ability to travel when necessary.
